Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts). Orders under $50 ship at a flat standard rate shown at checkout. Express shipping is available for a flat fee.

Processing

Orders move through: Order Received → Packaging → Label Created → Shipped → Delivered. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment yours ships.

Address accuracy

Double-check your address. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is out of our hands. Contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help where we can.
