How we use it

AI Stylist

Messages you send to Lovey, our AI Personal Wardrobe Stylist, and — if you're signed in with personalization on — the size and style preferences in your profile, are sent to an AI model provider to generate responses. Don't share sensitive personal information in chat. You can turn personalization off anytime in your account.

Email & SMS

If you opt in, we'll send recurring marketing emails and automated texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can update your profile, change communication preferences, or request deletion of your data via the Customer Service form.
